1. I would define beauty in photography as anything that is appealing to the eye. Different people find different photographs beautiful in their own eyes so I think it is hard to put a name on what is considered beautiful photography.
2. Anything that is appealing to they eye I would consider photographic beauty.

3.Yes, I think something "ugly" can be considered beautiful because it may send a message visually to whoever see's it which can be considered beautiful.
