Stereographs

This is a stereograph of my backyard. I think it turned out pretty cool although I am not a fan of the pinching in the center. I like the look of all the trees though.

Clone Panorama

This project was fun because it looks very realistic that there are multiple horses in the same arena at the same time. But it was also very challenging to align all the boards along the wall to make it look like one continuous picture.

Scan Photo

This is a scanned photograph of my face. It turned out to make me look like a warped elf, but I guess it's in the spirit of the season.

WEB ASSIGNMENT #5

1. I would define beauty in photography as anything that is appealing to the eye. Different people find different photographs beautiful in their own eyes so I think it is hard to put a name on what is considered beautiful photography.
2. Anything that is appealing to they eye I would consider photographic beauty.
3.Yes, I think something "ugly" can be considered beautiful because it may send a message visually to whoever see's it which can be considered beautiful.

WEB ASSIGNMENT #4

1. Alfred Stieglitz was an American photographer who made photography an accepted art form.
2.
This photograph was my favorite photo of Stieglitz because I like how the trees lead the eye to the background. Also how the light is at the front of the photo and the darkest is towards the back.
3. He was in a  relationship with Georgia O'Keeff. She made large-format paintings of enlarged blossoms, presenting them close up as if seen through a magnifying lens.

Extra: He took many portraits of her.
